Lenders claim they agree most mortgage applications
16/02/2011Eight applications granted out of ten who have applied for a mortgage as first time buyers. Lenders have claimed they are agreeing most applications that come through their door including Lloyds, Halifax and the Bank of Scotland.
Maybe they have wealthy parents to help them with the deposit that is what we suspect is the case. On the other hand most the first-time buyers may just not apply.
So there is no surprise that, the first-time buyers aged around 38 years of age have not benefitted from financial help from there family.
