Applicant must have the following documents to apply for a mortgage.


  • 3 months payslips
  • 3 months bank statement
  • Utility bill preferably council tax bill (dated within last 3 months)
  • Passport / travel document 

Self employed

  • 3 years SA302’s (can accept one year subject to circumstances)
  • 3 years tax overviews (can accept one year subject to circumstances)
  • Utility bill - preferably council tax bill (dated within last 3 months)
  • Passport / travel document (documents must be in date)
